Cultural Competence Training 

Delivered through the SBS Cultural Competence Program
 

This online professional training helps participants:

•    Gain practical tools for navigating multicultural workplaces
•    Build cross-cultural communication and awareness
•    Strengthen confidence when interacting in diverse professional and social environments

 

The program features engaging multimedia modules and real-world scenarios designed to enhance cultural understanding both at work and in daily life.

Mentoring Support

Up to three months of ongoing, personalised one-on-one mentoring 
 

Our experienced mentors provide tailored guidance to help migrants:
