Nikhat Sadiq
Nikhat is an HR Case Manager within the Northern Territory Government, specialising in supporting employees and leaders through complex workplace matters with clarity, fairness and empathy. She brings a strong commitment to building a safe, respectful and productive work environment by applying sound judgement, policy knowledge and a solutions focused approach. Her work is driven by a genuine passion for helping people navigate challenges, strengthening organizational culture and ensuring processes are transparent and equitable.

Abdul Khan

Abdul holds a Bachelor of Engineering and is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) with Engineers Australia. Driven by a strong commitment to engineering excellence and the development of others, he actively volunteers as a mentor, supporting emerging engineers in achieving their chartership and strengthening their professional capability. Abdul is engaged in the broader engineering and community landscape, consistently advocating for high standards and knowledge-sharing within the profession. In his current role as an Engineering Manager in the Marine industry, Abdul leads a multidisciplinary team of engineer, guiding complex projects and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and innovation.

Sid Tuladhar
Sid Tuladhar is an experienced risk and governance professional with a passion for empowering job seekers from diverse backgrounds. With over 5 years in regulatory roles across energy and banking sectors, Sid brings deep insight into industry expectations and workforce integration. As a seasoned mentor and trainer, he has guided Professional Year graduates through resume writing, interview preparation and career planning. His leadership as President of Macquarie University’s International Student Association reflects his dedication to confidence-building and cultural inclusion. Sid blends empathy with strategy to help individuals thrive in Australia’s job market. Based in Darwin, he's committed to shaping career success — one resume at a time.

Mita Das
Mita Das is an experienced careers practitioner and employability strategist with over 20 years in the higher education and employment services sectors across Australia, the UK and Asia. She is the founder of Sense of Direction, where she works as a careers coach supporting individuals to navigate meaningful career pathways. Mita previously led the Careers Centre at Charles Darwin University, where she developed institution-wide strategies to enhance student employability and successfully transitioned services to accessible online delivery. Her career includes senior roles at the University of Sydney, RMIT University Vietnam, UNSW and Macquarie University, where she designed and delivered large-scale career development programs, managed high-impact projects, and built strong industry partnerships. Mita is also a researcher with a Master of Science (Applied), with interests in employability and career development in diverse global contexts. She is passionate about empowering individuals, particularly recent migrants, through inclusive and practical career support.
