Steve Bartlett

Principal Consultant, Bartlett Consulting

Steve is a chartered accountant, with almost 30 years of professional experience from public practice to commercial (primarily resources and energy industries), from family-owned businesses through to global multinationals, and government owned corporations. Throughout this time, Steve has held responsibility for all aspects of accounting together with broader business and commercial management responsibilities. Steve and his family moved to Darwin in 2007 for a 12-month period and have not yet left.

Anne is extremely motivated by a desire to constantly learn and build her skills, which has seen her earn formal qualifications across a range of areas, including a Doctorate (PhD) and Honours Degree in Ecology/Biology, a Batchelor Degree in Aquaculture, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), and Anne is currently studying a Diploma in Emergency Management. Anne has a passion to make a difference in any role she undertakes – whether it be for staff, industry, or the community.
 
In 2018, Anne established a Women’s Leadership Network in the Northern Territory. This program is a result of Anne’s desire to provide an opportunity for others to recognise their strengths, to develop their networks, and to build their confidence to succeed in whatever they choose to do. Anne is passionate about helping others to reach their goals and aspirations.

Kevin Wrigley

Kevin is a degree-educated business professional with 10+ years of experience in business development, fundraising, strategic marketing, product management and marketing communication. He has a track record of leading and motivating teams, working across hierarchies and cultures to identify customer needs, develop suitable product and service solutions and drive new business and sales generation. He is a driven professional who achieves and exceeds targets, mentors and motivates people, and conducts public speaking engagements.

Zoe Scorings

Zoe is an experienced Arts Manager and Producer specialising in cross-cultural collaborations, capacity building and fundraising. Zoe is currently the Business Development Manager with the Yothu Yindi Foundation & Garma Festival, prior to this she enjoyed two years as the Development Manager with Darwin Festival. Before to moving to Darwin in 2015 Zoe was a sessional academic and Lecturer with the Contemporary Australian Indigenous Arts program at Queensland College of the Arts, Griffith University. Zoe has experience in youth arts as the Executive Director of Backbone Youth Arts, (Qld) and as Artistic Director/CEO, Contact Inc (Qld). Zoe has participated in an Asialink Arts Management residency with the Makhampom Theatre Group (Thailand), and has worked with the Mirror Art Foundation (Thailand) developing a theatre program with women and children from the Akha community.

Mathews brings 12 years of professional experience in working in Social services and worked with International organisations such as International Trade Union Confederation; the world's largest trade union federation as a coordinator for Migrant outreach Project. He also held senior positions in Therapeutic services under Department of Territory Families and Department of Health, Northern Territory Government.
